Natural, soothing herbal bath, to use on the perineal area on tears or episiotomies after giving birth. Directions: Simmer one cup herbs in 2 quarts water for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Strain. Cool to as hot as comfortable. Put herbal bath in large enough basin to sit in for 20 minutes. Repeat twice daily.
