Shipping and Return Policy
Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on where you live and our product inventory. Please note: Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday & Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. We make all our products by hand. If an item you ordered is not in stock, making it can take up to two weeks. Otherwise, most orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Domestic shipment can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days. International orders may take much longer. Please be patient.
We ship using US Postal Service or UPS, depending on weight. We charge a flat shipping and handling rate for all orders within the continental U.S., according to the following price table:
International customers please take note: These rates do not apply for international and overseas orders, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, these customers pay actual shipping costs.
We ship all our products using delivery confirmation. However, we do not insure retail packages. If you need insurance or any other special handling, please notify us via phone (888-540-1600) or email at the time you place your order.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
