Handmade * Hand Spun * Hand Woven Mariam's unique, one of a kind, warm, fuzzy, fluffy, colorful wearables are created with wool and our own Angora Rabbit fur. Our furry rabbits are pets raised with love and care. The rabbits are never hurt or injured in any way. Their fur is plucked gently while sitting on Mariam's lap in the house 3 or 4 times a year. Colors and dyes are all natural vegetable products. Dyes include annatto, indigo, logwood, and brazilwood. Mordants, such as Alum Root, are completely non-toxic. Angora rabbit fur is naturally colored and undyed. The rabbits are grey, amber-tan, white and black-grey.
