Order processing and shipping times will vary depending on where you live and our product inventory. Please note: We ship Tuesday through Friday. We are closed Saturday through Monday. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following Tuesday. We make all our products by hand. If an item you ordered is not in stock, making it can take up to two weeks. If an item in your order is out of stock and we need to make it, we will notify you by email. Otherwise, most orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 10 days to reach you. International orders may take much longer. Please be patient.

We ship using the US Postal Service Priority Mail and Ground Advantage or via UPS. For orders within the continental U.S. we do have a flat rate shipping and handling option of $6.00. All orders over $100 ship free.

International customers please take note:
The above rates do not apply for international and overseas orders, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Due to the high cost of shipping overseas, these customers pay actual shipping costs. Shipping will be calculated during checkout. Please note that our shipping charges do not include any international fees Customs may charge. Any additional fees from Customs are out of our control and will be the responsibility of the customer.

We ship all our products using delivery confirmation. However, we do not insure retail packages. If you need insurance or any other special handling, please notify us via phone (888-540-1600) or email at the time you place your order.

Returns Policy

Unopened products may be returned to WiseWays within 30 days of receipt for a product refund, shipping charges excluded. We will only refund products purchased directly from WiseWays Herbals, either on the website, by phone, fax or email.

All other products must be returned to the place of purchase.
